Hi Friend, I’m Erica - a postpartum centric full spectrum doula passionate about driving change at the intersection of public health and social justice, I am dedicated to advancing systemic change in birth, postpartum and reproductive equity. 

As Co-Founder and CEO of Birdsong, this dynamic doula-centered maternal health and education brand, including comprehensive doula trainings and mentorship programs, I've spearheaded rapid expansion and transformative impact in the field. Training and mentoring brand new doulas serves as a grassroots approach to catalyzing systemic change from the ground up and it’s something I LOVE TO DO!

I also currently serve as Director of Accountability & Education at JustBirth Space, I lead initiatives that empower survivors of birth trauma and promote accountability in maternal healthcare. With a commitment to community engagement and the pursuit of health equity for all individuals, I have had the continued honor to support thousands of families through the facilitation of our weekly pregnancy and postpartum support groups.

I am also the CXO and a Founding Member of Togather, the collective care platform for health justice, I am committed to co-creating a just healthcare system where all walks of healthcare providers can thrive. Together, we're reshaping the narrative of healthcare by prioritizing collective well-being and fostering an environment where every voice is heard and valued.

• Community care is an integral part of my life, always teaching me and ever-deepening my connection to the whole

• Mothering, as a radical act of raising the future, shaping generations to come with care and intention in the everyday
